Users are solely responsible for any content they post on JudgeMyUni, including:

• Comments
• Photos
• Other submitted information

Content uploaded anonymously may undergo manual review before publication. Content uploaded by verified users may go live immediately.

JudgeMyUni reserves the right to edit, remove, or decline any content at our sole discretion, especially if it violates our guidelines or applicable laws.

3. Privacy

JudgeMyUni respects your privacy. Any personal information you provide is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

If you believe content on JudgeMyUni infringes your intellectual property rights, you may request its removal by contacting us at judgemyuni@gmail.com
with the subject: “Copyright Takedown Request.”

Your request must include:

• A description of the copyrighted work.
• A direct link (URL) to the content in question.
• A statement confirming you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your contact information (name, email, phone number).
• A statement, made in good faith and under penalty of perjury, that the information you provide is accurate.

We will review and respond to proper requests promptly.

6. Liability for Copyright Violations

JudgeMyUni is not responsible for any legal disputes or claims resulting from content uploaded by users.
Users who upload copyrighted or infringing material assume full responsibility for any resulting claims, damages, or legal actions.

By using JudgeMyUni, you confirm that:

• You are under 18 with parental or guardian consent to use the Service
